Develop strong working relationships with client personnel, and internal and external stakeholders including contractors, consultants, landowners/occupiers, leading negotiations, managing expectations, and providing feedback to improve the level of service provided. Property and asset management - meeting clients to understand how they currently manage their assets and how they would like to manage their assets in the future. Developing long-term improvement strategies, managing capital and operational budgets and investment programmes. Responsible for maintaining/improving client relationships by upholding quality standards. Supporting trainees within the department / office. Developing new business opportunities across the north-west of England About you: Ideally will have a MRICS or AssocRICS qualification although we would consider an individual with good experience that is willing to work towards these qualifications. Demonstrate experience in a similar role. Great IT skills with good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word packages and GIS platforms (MS projects desirable, but not essential).
