Housekeeper Supervisor Location: Reigate Salary: £26,500 - £28,000 per annum Hours: 5 days out of 7, 8:00am - 4:00pm Step Into a Leadership Role Where Standards Shine Are you a hands-on housekeeping professional with a passion for excellence and an eye for detail? Our client is looking for a Housekeeper Supervisor to take the lead in delivering exceptional cleanliness standards while inspiring and guiding a dedicated team. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a key supervisory role where your leadership will directly shape the guest experience. What You'll Be Doing Leading from the front-working alongside your team to deliver outstanding results every day Supervising and coordinating daily housekeeping operations Ensuring guest rooms and public areas are consistently maintained to the highest standards Managing staff rotas and allocating tasks across a 5/7 day schedule Training, supporting, and motivating a team of casual housekeeping staff Carrying out regular quality inspections to maintain excellence Managing stock levels, ordering supplies, and keeping within budget Upholding health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times Reporting maintenance issues and working closely with other departments Building strong communication with reception and management teams What We're Looking For Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel, school, or similar environment Proven leadership or supervisory experience A keen eye for detail and a commitment to high standards Confidence in managing and motivating a team Strong organisational and time management skills Knowledge of cleaning procedures and health & safety practices A flexible, reliable approach to working 5 days out of 7 What's In It For You?
