Head Chef Luxury Hotel Scottish Highlands £60k + tronc, Live In We are seeking an experienced and passionate Head Chef to join our client at a stunning, award-winning luxury hotel set in the idyllic Scottish Highlands. This exceptional destination features a rosette-awarded restaurant and hosts weddings, private functions, and exclusive events. The Role As Head Chef, you will take full responsibility for the overall management and performance of the kitchen. From leading and developing your team to creating innovative menus and delivering exceptional tastings, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the outstanding culinary standards for which the hotel is renowned.
