Role Responsibilities: What to Expect as a Senior Nursery Room Leader: Ensure that educational strategies and practices are consistent across multiple rooms. Lead the planning and delivery of activities, adapting the curriculum to meet the diverse needs of the children. Mentor and develop Room Leaders, promoting a collaborative and high-performing team. Oversee the wellbeing and safeguarding of children, making necessary adaptations to support children with additional needs. Foster strong relationships with parents, keeping them informed of their child's development. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and safeguarding protocols across the centre. Required Qualifications: Ideal Candidate: Level 3 qualification or above in early years education. Experience in an early years setting, with supervisory or leadership experience ideally as a Senior Nursery Room Leader, Senior Nursery Room Manager or Senior Nursery Practitioner. Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills. Ability to foster an inclusive and supportive environment for both children and team members.
