Empathy, patience, and resilience when working with vulnerable pupils. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team Desirable Qualifications & Skills: Experience working with pupils who have SEMH, autism, or other specific behavioural needs. First Aid qualification. Knowledge of strategies for managing challenging behaviour and promoting positive mental health. Ability to incorporate therapeutic approaches into sports sessions to support emotional regulation.
