Description The Lead In-house Conveyancing Counsel will be: Leading and developing the in-house legal conveyancing function Advising on multiple residential conveyancing matters - roughly 1000 a year Supporting strategic projects and business growth initiatives Advising on shared ownership, new builds, RTB and RTA, asset disposals and more Partnering with senior stakeholders to manage legal risk Profile The Lead In-house Conveyancing Counsel should be: A solicitor or equivalent with 5+ years PQE Experienced in conveyancing law Comfortable operating in a senior, strategic role Proven in stakeholder management and influencing decision-making Interested in building and shaping a legal function Job Offer This is a standout opportunity to take on a leadership role within a growing and purpose-driven organisation.
