Our Legal Innovation Partners provide strategic counsel to Innovation leaders as they define and execute AI transformation within their organizations. They represent Harvey within this Legal Innovation community and foster the strategic and product insights that help Harvey serve this community better. What You'll Do Advise innovation and knowledge teams on AI transformation. You'll leverage your lived experience as an innovation leader to help our customers design and execute their AI strategies, including client AI policies, rollout programs, and measures of success. Support innovation leaders in advancing the frontier of firm and client collaboration. Contribute to firm efforts to innovate on the business of law, and enterprise efforts to innovate on how legal services are provided. Advance Legal AI thought leadership, including representing the community in industry forums and publishing analyses that advance the frontier of legal innovation. Foster a thriving innovation and knowledge community, including creating opportunities for dialogue and collaboration across law firms, professional organizations, and corporate teams. What You Have 5+ years in a legal innovation role at a top tier law firm, corporate legal team, or legal tech organization. Executive presence with CIOs/CKOs/CISOs and the ability to translate between technical and legal/business audiences. Track record of shaping product direction or service design based on deep domain insight. Strong point of view on the direction of AI transformation in law firms and a demonstrated interest in steering it for the benefit of lawyers, clients, and firms. Exceptional communication skills - written thought pieces, conference speaking, and one to one executive advising.
