About the Role: As an integral part of the body restoration team, you will be responsible for full car shell restorations using donor vehicles. Working with precision and skill, you'll engage in MIG & TIG welding, cut out, and replace corrosion areas, and perform steel fabrication and sheet metal work (1-2mm thickness). Your role will involve panel forming, restoration, and the fitting and welding of roll cages to the highest standards. The Ideal Person: We are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Fabricator Welder with extensive hands-on experience in automotive fabrication and welding. The ability to work to extremely tight tolerances, strong proficiency in steel fabrication and thin gauge sheet metal work (1-2mm), and expertise in MIG & TIG welding are essential. Candidates with a background in rally car or competition preparation, motorsport bench welding, and experience in restorations and donor vehicles will thrive in this environment. A keen eye for detail and the ability to deliver a high-quality finish are must-haves.
