Where choice-based lettings is the best option for the household, making sure they understand what this option is, supporting them to bid on suitable properties, if shortlisted to attend viewings and when they accept an offer to make the move. To undertake property visits and home visits to the household, as required to ensure the suitability of a property and the successful move on from temporary accommodation, where this would be beneficial.
