They are seeking a Revit MEP Technician / BIM Coordinator - Building Services to work on commercial/industrial sectors. You must come from a building services background and have experience on MEP projects. Experience generating revit models from engineers outputs (sketches / hevacomp / cymap / DIALux / Relux etc etc). You will be responsible for: Inception - completion of projects using Revit Working on commercial building services projects in particular Healthcare, High-End Residential and Education Develop 3D M&El models and produce necessary drawings using Revit Working to deadlines whilst producing the highest quality of work Manage clash reporting and clash resolution between disciplines. You will be responsible for generating quality, accurate and detailed records of Building Services engineering project documentation, working within the requirements of the project BIM execution plan. Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we are looking for an experienced Revit MEP Coordinator to join a leading engineering consultancy, in a contract position, outside IR35 . The successful candidate will be working on a Hybrid basis, from our client's Manchester office, in which you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of extensive healthcare projects, at stages 4-5. - Competitive hourly rate ranging from £37-£40/hr (depending on experience). - Hybrid working arrangement (3 days a week). Responsibilities: -Develop and manage coordinated MEP models for a variety of healthcare projects using Revit and Navisworks software. -Collaborate with engineers and design teams to deliver clash-free designs with complete accuracy. -Support project delivery from early design through to construction. -Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve design issues. -Maintain model accuracy, compliance, and version control. What We Are Looking For: -Qualification in building services, BIM, and/or engineering, is desirable. -Proven experience as a Revit MEP Coordinator or similar role, with experience of working on healthcare projects. -Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit for MEP, and an understanding of BIM standards and clash detection tools, such as Navisworks. -Solid understanding of MEP systems and site workflows. -Excellent communication, teamwork, and multitasking skills, with an attention to detail and organisation.
