Key responsibilities: Deliver high-quality Year 6 teaching, including preparation for SATs Maintain strong behaviour management and clear classroom routines Plan engaging lessons that stretch and challenge all learners Lead and support KS2 staff, providing guidance and best practice across Years 3-6 The school is looking for a confident practitioner with proven Upper Key Stage 2 experience, ideally within Year 6. You will need to be organised, resilient, and capable of balancing teaching with leadership duties. Dedicated release time is provided to fulfil your Phase Leader responsibilities.
