Requirements: Full Driving licence required Have a passion for working with children with SEND Have experience working as a SEN Teaching Assistant, supporting children with SEND in a school setting Experience working as an SEN Teaching Assistant with children with ASD, speech and language and behaviour difficulties The ability to build rapport with the child and be able to respond to the child's individual needs Follow directions from the class teacher, SENCO, and other members of staff Why SparkED Recruitment?
