Job Overview Portfolio are proud to represent our clients in their search for a Litigation Executive. We are looking for a bright, confident LE, to manage their own caseload of Debt Recovery cases. The ideal candidate will have directly relevant experience within Litigation and preferably commercial debt recovery. You will have a solid background in Mediation and negotiation, responsability for the whole litigation process and a strong commercial focus. This role offers progression within a small but fast growing law firm, along with continued support and development. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Point of contact for any issues referred internally from the Group businesses to the Litigation Team. Overseeing the administration of tasks within your caseload, including adhering to court timeframes for filing documents, supported by use of Proclaim case management software.
