Other day to day responsibilities will include: Designing new and existing products for a growing customer base, meeting upcoming market trends Managing, coaching and developing a team of c.8 Design Engineers Ensuring designs factor in the relevant tolerances and the whole team's focus is on attention to detail Ensuring a holistic approach to the team's work - including factors like commercial, manufacturing, assembly and product application Capturing existing business knowledge in SOPs and developing these for new systems Profile Successful candidates will have a strong design background and a proven ability in designing precision engineered products.
