Location: Cardiff Salary: Up to £80k Role Overview The Senior Employment Solicitor will handle a broad range of employment law matters, with a particular focus on: Running and managing Employment Tribunal matters Advising on and drafting settlement agreements Leading on TUPE processes (in both business transfers and outsourcing scenarios) Drafting and negotiating employment contracts, service agreements, and HR policies Providing advice to our existing in house counsel clients alongside the commercial and IP team Supporting the corporate team on employment aspects of M&A transactions This role is ideal for someone who enjoys autonomy, client contact, and the opportunity to help build and develop a growing practice.
