This role will involve working closely with senior account managers to deliver outstanding service to retail clients, assist with day-to-day account operations, and help coordinate product development and delivery. Responsibilities and Duties: Support account managers with the day-to-day running of client accounts. Act as a point of contact for client queries, ensuring timely and professional communication.
