Deputy Manager - Children's Residential Home Brook Street Social Care - Blaenau Gwent Salary: Up to 41,000 per annum Hours: Full-time, rota-based (including evenings, weekends, and on-call duties) Location: Blaenau Gwent Contract: Permanent About the Role Brook Street Social Care is recruiting an experienced and committed Deputy Manager to join a well-established children's residential home in Blaenau Gwent. You will work closely with the Registered Manager to ensure the highest standards of care are delivered in line with trauma-informed principles. This is a key leadership role where you will help create a nurturing, safe, and empowering environment for children and young people with complex needs, including Autism and Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).
