We're looking for a dedicated professional with 10+ years of experience managing large-scale construction projects. You'll be responsible for the successful delivery of the project's structural frame, external envelope, and all associated primary services infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: Leading all on-site personnel and subcontractors, providing clear direction and ensuring optimal performance. Managing the project budget and schedule, ensuring all shell and core works are completed on time and within budget.
