As a senior in the department you will also be responsible for mentoring more junior team members.The ideal candidate will have a background as an Architectural Technician, be proficient in AutoCAD, and have some exposure to Revit. Producing accurate working drawings and ensuring compliance with current building regulations. Working on housing projects ranging from 70 units up to 5,000 units. Liaising closely with Technical and Site teams at housebuilders, providing expert technical guidance. Hybrid working: based in the Romsey office 3 days per week. The Person: Proven experience as an Architectural Technician. Minimum of 4 years' experience in residential developments, national housing projects, and building regulations. Proficient in AutoCAD; experience with Revit is a strong advantage. Ambitious, eager to learn, and motivated to progress within a growing practice.
