Take responsibility for all marketing material including videos, photos and literature to ensure smooth transition to marketing properties Book photos/floor plans Ensure Key Safes are fitted and arrange ad-hoc maintenance jobs Provide administration support to the Sales team including but not limited to issuing sales memos, downloading titles, arranging appointments, paying bills, arranging energy performance certificates Ad-hoc duties as required Skills and Experience: Previous experience in sourcing or managing tradespeople, ideally within the property, Lettings or construction sector, is preferred but not essential. Previous experience within an administrative role and proficient in Microsoft applications Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once. Self-motivated and able to work independently Basic knowledge of property refurbishment processes and associated trades is an advantage Excellent organisational and time management skills.
