Key Responsibilities Define and lead a comprehensive AI strategy for Janus Henderson, continuously refining it based on emerging technologies and business needs. Lead a team of data scientists and AI engineers to develop predictive models and AI solutions, guiding the model development life cycle from proof of concept to deployment.
