You ll be working with a talented team of Building Surveyors and Project Managers on diverse projects, with the scope to take ownership, develop client relationships, and mentor junior colleagues. What You ll Be Doing Acting as Contract Administrator on projects of varying scale and complexity. Preparing specifications and schedules of work. Conducting site inspections, quality checks, and attending site meetings. Managing contractors, cost control, and project communication.
