Job Title: General Operator Location: Bangor, North Wales Salary: 12.71 per hour Job Type: Temp to Perm Job Description Assemble components into finished products in line with engineering drawings and specifications. Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery including riveting machines, pillar drills, and laser marking equipment. Conduct quality checks to ensure all products meet strict company standards and follow non-conformance procedures where required. Maintain accurate records for traceability, ensure timely production output, and uphold a clean, safe working environment. Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly rate of 12.71, with opportunities for progression based on performance and development. 7:30am to 4:30pm Monday to Thursday, 7:30am to 12:30pm Friday 32 days annual leave including bank holidays, with additional increases based on service length. Company pension scheme and free on-site parking. Skills & Experience Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow technical instructions and drawings. Effective communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented approach. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage workload priorities. Previous manufacturing experience is advantageous but not essential as full training is provided.
