Team Leadership & Mentorship: Guide, coach, and support junior consultants, fostering knowledge sharing and team development. Experience 5-7+ years of hands on experience with SAP TM, including S/4HANA embedded TM implementations. Strong knowledge of SAP TM components, including Master Data, Planning Profiles, Freight Execution, and Charges Management. Practical experience working with BRF+, PPF, and BOPF frameworks. Solid understanding of logistics operations and supply chain execution processes. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders.
