The Role You will be expected to sit appointments, set by clinical administrators, and liaise with clients to assess them clinically and understand how their employers are best placed to support them with their sustained attendance and performance in work, or in returning to work. You should have previous experience within a similar role, ideally working across a variety of industry and sectors. Responsibilities Assessing an employee's functionality and produce a quality report within the allocated Service Level Agreement (SLA), providing advice and support to employers on all matters which can facilitate an employee's rehabilitation to work, or sustained attendance in work.
