Administrative & Office Support Support the project teams with administrative tasks and preparation of reports. Respond to emails and assist with general office file management (client, supplier, and project files). Assist in procuring office and project-related supplies and services. Support the Office Manager with general office coordination and smooth daily operations. Coordinate meetings, manage meeting room bookings, and arrange refreshments for clients and visitors.
