Background in waste management, recycling, manufacturing or materials processing. Understanding of basic mechanical processes. Working Conditions Large, open, industrial processing facility. Ventilation through open access points; dust and airborne particles present . Full PPE including ventilation masks provided. Candidates will be invited for a pre-hire site visit to fully understand the environment. Pay & Structure £13.50 to £14 per hour Standard hours with potential overtime depending on demand however expected earnings are over £35,000 Why Join? Proactive Personnel are currently recruiting for Waste Operatives to join a well-established waste management team operating a 24/7 facility in the Wrexham area. This is a great opportunity for reliable and hard-working individuals seeking long-term, secure employment within an essential service sector.
