What You'll Bring: Essential Extensive technical expertise in large structures. Ability to manage complex portfolios, including inspections, design, and project delivery. Understanding and delivery of commercial contracts, meeting business targets. Desirable Chartered Civil or Structural Engineer (MICE/MIStructE) or working towards chartership. NEC 4 Accredited Project Manager. Chartered APM, Prince 2, or equivalent qualification. Experience with remote monitoring systems (CCTV, WIM, wind monitoring, dehumidification).
