OTE year 1 40- 45K and up to 60K in year 2 You will be working with a range of existing clients and also doing business development to secure new clients. You will proactively source candidate scarce roles and seek the best possible people in the market for local commercial businesses. You will work with a range of large and SME businesses locally and provide the best possible talent.
