SENIOR SPECIALIST SPEECH & LANGUAGE THERAPIST- FIXED TERM CONTRACT Location: North Glasgow Sector: Neurological Rehabilitation (Brain Injury) 12 Month Fixed Term Contract The Role Join a specialist interdisciplinary team delivering Speech & Language Therapy within a neurobehavioural model for individuals with acquired brain injury (ABI). This is a senior position with responsibility for leading SaLT provision and managing a complex caseload. Key Responsibilities Deliver communication and dysphagia assessments and therapy programmes Develop rehabilitation goals and evidence-based care plans Work autonomously, potentially as the sole SaLT within the service Provide staff training on dysphagia management Lead on service development, planning, and evaluation Requirements HCPC registered Speech & Language Therapist (essential) Experience with acquired brain injury and complex needs Strong knowledge of dysphagia management Understanding of neurobehavioural approaches Ability to work independently and maintain high clinical standards Interested in a confidential discussion?
