Focusing on operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and quality care, this is a key Head of Operations hire to spearhead the organisation's growth in the region. About the Role As Northeast Head of Operations, you'll primarily manage a group of elderly care homes to high standards. The Head of Operations will also contribute to future plans for supported living services, drawing on the group's national expertise.
