MIG/TIG & Welder Fabricator Full-Time Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm (40 hours per week) We are currently recruiting for an experienced MIG/TIG & Welder Fabricato r to join a well-established business. This is a hands-on role working on both batch production and bespoke fabrication projects. Key Responsibilities Carry out MIG and TIG welding to a high standard Fabricate bespoke items from technical drawings Produce batch work products as required Work independently to fabricate items without the use of jigs Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards Support the development of apprentices , sharing knowledge and skills Requirements Proven experience in MIG and TIG welding and fabrication Ideally up to 10 years' experience in a similar role Ability to read and work from technical drawings Confidence working independently on projects Experience mentoring or training apprentices is desirable Apply now!
