Product Manager / Business Change Lead Location: Flexible / Hybrid / South East Contract: Full-time, Permanent We are looking for a commercially focused Product Manager / Business Change Lead to own the roadmap and prioritisation of a key business-critical platform. This role is ideal for someone with a background in business analysis, project delivery, product ownership or transformation , with a good understanding of finance-related processes and outstanding stakeholder engagement skills. The successful candidate will be confident managing a large pipeline of change, assessing competing priorities, and making clear recommendations on what will deliver the greatest value to the business. Key responsibilities: Own and manage the product roadmap and enhancement pipeline Prioritise a high volume of requests based on business benefit, user impact and risk Work closely with Finance, IT and business stakeholders to gather requirements and identify opportunities for improvement Translate business needs into clear deliverables for technical and delivery teams Drive continuous improvement, releases, upgrades and process optimisation Communicate priorities, progress and outcomes effectively to stakeholders at all levels What we are looking for: Experience in product management, business analysis, project management or business change Strong experience prioritising competing demands and managing a roadmap or backlog Good understanding of finance, operational or business-critical processes Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making ability Experience working across cross-functional teams Desirable: Experience working on system, platform or process improvement programmes Experience in professional services or other complex business environments Please note: previous Aderant or legal sector experience is not required .
