Reporting to the Production Team Leader, you will play a key role in supporting the production, fulfilment, and distribution of mail within a busy and fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include: Operate and oversee all digital printers within the print room Set up, run, and monitor print jobs according to job specifications Ensure consistent print quality, colour accuracy, and correct finishing Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting of printers Load paper, inks, toners, and other consumables as required Manage print queues and prioritise workloads to meet deadlines Identify and report technical faults or maintenance issues promptly Follow health & safety procedures and manufacturer guidelines Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient print room environment Work closely with colleagues, designers, or production staff to ensure job requirements are met Requirements We are looking for someone with a positive attitude and a "can-do" mentality.
