Key responsibilities include: Full commercial management of civil engineering and groundworks packages Preparing and agreeing valuations, variations, and final accounts Procurement and commercial management of subcontractors and suppliers Cost reporting, forecasting, and cash flow control Supporting tendering and pre-construction pricing where required Identifying and managing commercial risk and opportunity Maintaining strong relationships with clients and delivery teams Projects typically include groundworks, reinforced concrete, infrastructure, and enabling works across multiple sites. The Quantity Surveyor Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline Proven experience working as a Quantity Surveyor within civil engineering or groundworks Strong understanding of subcontract procurement and cost control Experience with standard forms of contract Commercially astute, organised, and detail-focused Confident communicator, able to deal directly with clients and site teams Full UK driving licence preferred In Return?
