You'll be working alongside an experienced and supportive team of property management professionals, led by a highly experienced senior management team. Managing an established residential portfolio of blocks and estates, you will utilise your sound knowledge of the Building Safety Act, the governance around property management and your experience of managing Higher Risk Buildings, complex developments, overseeing cladding remediation.
