The person who will fulfil this role successfully will need to have all of the skills listed previously. The job can often be very demanding. As well as dealing with individual tenants, you will also deal with industry professionals and corporate clients. Property Manager Remuneration: Basic salary to £26,000 to £30,000, depending on relevant experience, including bonuses.
