Immediate starts in Gainsborough for a large global manufacturing company (DN21 postcode) As a Manufacturing operative you are responsible for carrying out specific tasks which contribute to the products being manufactured from raw materials being received all the way through to the finished product being dispatched to our customers. Your Role is designed to be varied to allow flexibility and can be required to work in in all areas of production as follows, Incoming goods, Lasers, Tube forming and sheeting, Canning, Stores, Assemblers and Packers and Dispatch - All training given where needed Key responsibilities Ensure the maintenance of all housekeeping standards for all work areas. Ensure generation and maintenance of all relevant documentation. Work closely with all functional links in a professional, polite and efficient manner. Work to customer specifications using all information available i.e. Standard Operating Procedures and Engineering drawings while checking off first of items to minimise scrap, defects i.e. cost. This role has responsibilities that have Cell specific tasks are assigned in a secondary Document that details individual tasks.
