Key Responsibilities Conduct digital forensic investigations across computers and mobile devices • Complete complex forensic examinations and produce detailed technical reports • Support defence and bespoke forensic investigations • Carry out peer reviews of forensic casework • Assist with client meetings and technical scoping discussions • Deliver internal and external training where required • Support quality, validation and auditing processes within the laboratory Skills & Experience Required Strong experience within Digital Forensics investigations • Excellent knowledge of forensic methodologies and industry best practice • Experience with leading forensic examination tools and software • Understanding of ACPO guidelines, ISO17025 and FSR standards • Strong analytical and problem solving skills • Excellent attention to detail and report writing ability • Ability to work independently and manage multiple investigations Additional Requirements Degree in Digital Forensics, Computer Science or related discipline preferred • Full UK driving licence • Minimum 5 years UK residency due to vetting requirements • Ability to pass security clearance procedures This role would suit candidates working as a Digital Forensic Analyst, Cyber Forensics Investigator, Mobile Device Examiner, Computer Forensic Analyst, eDiscovery Analyst or Cyber Investigations Specialist.
