Requirements Proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor on large-scale industrial or energy sector projects (e.g., power generation, process plants, refineries). Strong background in boiler installation, pressure part assembly, and heavy mechanical installation works. Sound knowledge of mechanical systems, pressure equipment, and relevant installation standards (e.g., BS EN, ASME). Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams. Strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency. Up-to-date certifications including: CSCS Gold/Black Card (Supervisory Level) SSSTS or SMSTS Confined Space and Working at Height (desirable) First Aid at Work (preferred) Pressure Systems awareness (desirable) Additional Qualifications Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, isometrics, and P&IDs.
