Landscape Project Manager & Estimator Location: South West London Salary: £47,000 - £53,000 per annum The Role We are currently recruiting for an experienced Landscape Project Manager & Estimator to join an established landscaping contractor based in South West London. Our client specialises in delivering high-quality hard landscaping projects for private residential clients and landscape designers. They are seeking a technically competent and commercially minded professional who can accurately estimate projects and oversee them through to successful completion. Working on projects ranging from £30,000 to £300,000 , you will be responsible for preparing detailed quotations, managing project delivery, coordinating site operations, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong hands-on landscaping experience who has progressed into project management and estimating. Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed quotations and estimates from landscape drawings and specifications using Excel. Price labour, materials, plant, and subcontractor costs accurately. Carry out site surveys where required. Manage hard landscaping projects valued between £30,000 and £300,000. Set out complex hard landscaping projects. Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers. Liaise confidently with private clients, landscape architects, and designers. Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within agreed budgets. Monitor project costs, budgets, and profitability. Order materials and manage deliveries effectively. Attend client and site meetings. Resolve technical challenges and on-site issues. Maintain excellent client relationships throughout the project lifecycle. Requirements Previous experience as a Landscape Project Manager, Contracts Manager, or Estimator within hard landscaping. Strong technical knowledge of hard landscaping construction. Previous hands-on landscaping experience. Experience preparing quotations from detailed landscape drawings and specifications. Ability to set out and manage complex landscaping projects. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong commercial awareness and understanding of project costs. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Full UK Driving Licence. Skills & Qualities Strong technical knowledge of hard landscaping. Excellent organisational and project management skills. Commercially aware with strong attention to detail. Confident communicator with a professional approach. Client-focused with the ability to build strong relationships. Strong problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
