A component manufacturing company based in Braintree are looking for an Assembler to help assist in their resin department. You will ideally have some experience within assembly or manufacturing. Starting salary will be 12.21ph which can rise with experience. Hours of work are Monday to Thursday 08:00-16:30, with an early finish on a Friday! 38 hour week. This is an ongoing temporary role with a view of going permanent in the future should you get on well. The role is working in a new and high spec factory, so it's an exciting time to join! Assembly Operative duties include: Cleaning and preparing moulds Use of vacuum sytstems to fill moulds with resin Weighing out resins and fillers Sanding and polishing Working with small components Follow detailed inspection procedures Lifting and moving heavy products The ideal candidate must have a flexible approach and be keen to learn, as you will be working within a busy environment. You will need to be physically fit as there will be an element of heavy lifting within the role.
