Maintenance Team Leader Location: Sileby Salary: £52,000 Shift: 3 Shift (Days, Afternoons, Nights) We're working with a well established manufacturing business that's looking for a Shift Maintenance Team Leader to take charge of a multi-skilled team focused on reactive maintenance. This is a hands on leadership role where you'll be right in the middle of the action coordinating breakdown response, supporting the team technically, and making sure issues are dealt with quickly and safely. It would suit someone who's stepped up from the tools or already leading a team, and is confident making decisions under pressure.
