Operating machinery in both assembly and lathe areas of the workshop Performing full start-up and shutdown procedures for machines as needed Conducting minor maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure smooth operation Monitoring production quality and addressing any issues promptly Assisting with tooling changes and machine adjustments Ensuring a clean and organised working environment Supporting team efforts to meet production targets and deadlines Who are we looking for?
