Key Duties: Coordinating daily transport and delivery schedules Communicating with drivers, warehouse staff, and customers Updating job progress and handling any delays or issues Answering calls and emails in a professional manner Using Microsoft Excel to input and manage data General admin and support for the operations team What We're Looking For: Good communication skills Ability to work well under pressure Strong multitasking and organisational skills Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel Previous experience in a similar role is helpful but not essential This role would suit someone who is organised, reliable, and enjoys working in a busy environment.
