Identify and repair small imperfections such as scratches, chips, and dents prior to painting. Ensure all work meets manufacturer and customer standards of quality and safety. Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations. Work closely with paint technicians and bodyshop colleagues to ensure smooth workflow. Accurately use tools and materials in line with company and manufacturer guidelines. Qualification and Experience: IMI or City & Guilds qualification (or equivalent) in Vehicle Repair, Refinishing, or Bodyshop work.
