Architecture & Design: Define the technical roadmap, architecture, and design for TSM modules (service lifecycle management, order management, network inventory). Implementation & Integration: Architect complex integrations with BSS/OSS systems, using REST, SOAP, and IntegrationHub. Domain Expertise: Lead implementation of Telecom Network Inventory, Product Catalog, and Service Order Management. Strategic Advisory: Partner with stakeholders to align platform improvements with business goals, enhancing customer service and reducing operational risks. Technologies: ServiceNow APIs, Flow Designer, CMDB/CSDM frameworks, JavaScript.
