Support growth: Ensure statutory inspections and contracts are in place for all new hotel openings, helping properties launch safely and on time. Provide technical expertise: Offer hands-on engineering input and advice whenever needed, supporting hotels with both planned and unexpected challenges. Utility oversight: Liaise with our utility broker to set budgets that align with forecasts and deadlines for annual submissions.
