The hotel is currently awarded 2aa rosette, and has imminent plans for a full kitchen refurbishment. The Role An amazing opportunity to join the hotel as a Chef de Partie and assist in developing all aspects of the food operation. The hotel only has banqueting for 50 covers and the main focus will be the 2/3aa rosette awarded restaurant dining.
