The role delivers structured one-to-one and group-based support focusing on supporting individuals towards employment. This will include agreeing and supporting individuals towards employability related goals and actions within the Individual Support Plan, job search and application support, interview preparation, understanding UK workplace expectations, employer engagement, and links to training, apprenticeships and (where appropriate) self-employment. This work will support individuals often facing barriers such as limited English, recognition of overseas qualifications, childcare responsibilities, health needs or confidence challenges. Employability support will be integrated within wider Integration support planning to promote sustainable economic independence, strengthen longer-term integration outcomes and support access to appropriate public services where needed. Key Working Relationships This position will work closely with all staff involved in the delivery of the Hampshire Resettlement and Integration Support Service. This will include the Programme Manager (Resettlement and Integration), Programme Manager (Economic Empowerment), Senior Integration and Resettlement Officers, Integration Officer, Bilingual Integration Officer, Bilingual Resettlement Officers, ESOL and Education colleagues, Employment Caseworkers and other relevant staff. This position will also work closely with staff at our partner organisation, Citizen Advice Rushmoor, Jobcentre Plus (DWP), statutory funded employment support services (ie Connect to Work), education and training providers, employers, and relevant advice organisations across Hampshire. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Employability support to individuals (55%) Conduct structured individual assessments to identify skills, qualifications, employment history, transferable competencies and career aspirations, translating these into clear and realistic actions and goals within an Individual Support Plan. Deliver tailored job readiness support through one-to-one coaching and group-based workshops, including CV development, interview preparation, UK workplace norms, digital literacy, job search strategies and confidence-building. Support individuals to access and sustain employment opportunities, facilitating job matching, including liaising with employers, facilitating introductions, supporting applications and providing on the job follow-up assistance to promote job retention and progression. Monitor and respond to employment and training related risks, including exploitation, unsafe work and discrimination, ensuring appropriate safeguarding action, advocacy for clients, and partnership working with Citizens Advice Rushmoor and other external partners. Our team of professional drivers are our greatest asset and have helped us to grow our business by delivering an exceptional award winning service to our Prime customer. As a Class 1 tramper, your safety and welfare are paramount to us. Secure parking will be paid for and you will have your own fairly new MAN TGX unit, fully equipped with microwave, fridge, fire extinguisher and carbon monoxide monitor. You must have a professional attitude, be reliable, customer focused, safe and a team player. You should have a clean driving record and driving licence (no more than 6 points), and 1 year MINIMUM class 1 experience. Some tramping experience preferred but not essential. Shift Patterns Sunday to Thursday, various start times available. The Digital Sales Manager sits within Sky Media's Digital Sales team and plays a key role in driving growth across Sky's fast-expanding digital advertising proposition. As part of a wider commercial sales organisation, the role works closely with Sales Controllers, the wider Digital Sales team and senior leadership to deliver market-leading, multi-platform advertising solutions for agencies and clients. This is an external-facing sales role focused on maximising revenue across Sky Media's digital platforms. The Digital Sales Manager is responsible for responding to briefs, identifying incremental commercial opportunities and ensuring clients are fully accessing the breadth of Sky's digital capabilities. Success in the role requires a strong understanding of Sky Media's end-to-end digital proposition and the ability to translate this into compelling, commercially effective solutions for advertisers. What you'll do: • Identify, build and convert sales opportunities through quality prospecting, pipeline management and development of compelling and creative strategic sales propositions. • Develop knowledge of the Digital product suite and ensure that the wider non-digital teams are aware of all new targeting and developments • Maximise growth of revenue by converting single campaign clients to long term regular advertisers and drive growth of digital and Video on Demand spenders through direct, programmatic and One Campaign buying routes • Work closely with the Head of Sales and Sales Controller to manage agency portfolios across Independent and Network agencies, and develop effective business relationships • Achieve digital and Video On Demand revenue targets in conjunction with Sales Controllers and Sales Managers What you'll bring: • Extensive, hands on experience of large scale digital and on demand advertising platforms (e.g. broadcaster, streaming, or publisher led), with a proven track record of delivering sustained revenue growth in a complex, multi product environment • Deep knowledge of the UK digital and video advertising landscape, including programmatic, addressable, audience-based targeting, measurement methodologies and evolving media trading models • Established and active network of senior contacts across UK media agencies and regional clients, with demonstrable success influencing planning and investment decisions • Proven ability to strategically manage and grow agency portfolios, including navigating holding-company structures and regional planning teams. • Ability to identify, build and convert sales opportunities through quality prospecting, pipeline management and development of compelling sales propositions • Comprehensive understanding of media planning and buying processes, with the ability to credibly challenge and influence agencies at all levels The Rewards: There's one thing people can't stop talking about when it comes to : the perks.
